Subscription Terms
How billing works. How to cancel. No surprises.

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply to all paid subscriptions within BigZ. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Use.
1. Free Trial
New BigZ accounts receive a 14-day free trial of BigZ Premium. During the trial:
- Full access to all premium features is granted immediately
- No charge is made during the trial period
- To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial ends
The free trial is offered once per user. Creating multiple accounts to access additional trials violates our Terms of Use and may result in account termination.
2. What's Included
Free Tier
- Access to the first week of programming
- Basic workout logging
- Personal record tracking
BigZ Premium
- Full multi-week adaptive programming
- AI coaching (powered by GPT-4)
- Advanced performance analytics and progress charts
- Competition tracking and attempt strategy planning
- Readiness and recovery scoring
- All future premium features at no additional charge
3. Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Renewal charges are processed by Apple or Google — not by BigZ directly
4. Cancellation
Your subscription is managed through Apple or Google, not through BigZ. To cancel:
iOS (Apple)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap BigZ
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Tap BigZ
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not delete your account or training data.
5. Refunds
BigZ does not process refunds directly. All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google at their sole discretion:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Google Play → Help → Request a refund
We have no control over refund decisions — that rests solely with the platform.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect and will be prompted to accept the new price before their next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to premium features may be suspended. We will notify you via the email on file. You can update your payment method through the App Store or Google Play.
8. Payment Processing
BigZ does not collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). BigZ receives only a subscription status confirmation.
9. Taxes
Subscription prices may be inclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), depending on your location. Apple and Google determine and collect any applicable taxes on our behalf.
